Starting from Monday, April 15, 2024, Global Syn-Turf's operations will be centered at our new facility in Pico Rivera, previously located in Santa Fe Springs. This move to 7959 S Paramount Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660, marks a significant upgrade in our logistics and operational capabilities, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and products with improved efficiency.
Our commitment to meeting your needs remains steadfast with our operating hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These hours are dedicated to processing your orders efficiently and providing continued support, particularly for our will-call customers.
As we transition to our new location, our primary focus will be on establishing critical operations, mainly centered around order processing and customer support. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our new office setup is currently minimal. Note that we will not host a grand opening immediately, and our sample area will be temporarily closed until further setup is completed.
