The customer service is great. Tim Belcher is the very best installer ever. Global Syn Turf and their distributor in Southern California are the best. They sent us samples at no charge. I scheduled an installation and within a week my new backyard was installed. If that isn't customer service then I don't know what is. The synthetic grass in my backyard looks so natural. After considering many different turf companies we chose Global Syn Turf and their Long Beach Supplier and their installer Tim Belcher.
