My dog absolutely wrecked our backyard lawn within six months of moving into our apartment. It became a mud pit, and we had to clean his paws several times a day. This turf is a perfect solution. GST looks much more realistic than the low pile putt-putt stuff. But be careful when you install it-the "grain" tends to go one way (the way it was rolled up). It looks more natural depending on the angle you're looking at, so make sure it's consistent if you're using different pieces.
