This is a great question. Artificial grass products have different “dyelots” which means production batches. Even for the exact same product, there might be color variations from different dyelots: such color variations are very minimal but can be noticeable when two pieces of turf from different dyelots were to put next to each other. The same situation as carpet which also have different dyelot and same product from two different dyelot shouldn’t be installed next to each other unless people don’t mind the minor color/shade difference. In your particular case, if you order the turf 2 month apart, very likely the same product won’t be the same dyelot and I will recommend against it. Of course, you can always ask for the same dyelot to match your previous order but the availability of the same dyelot can’t be guaranteed. A pull test on artificial grass is normally called “tuft bind” in turf industry. It is a test for the strength of glues holding fibers, measured by either pound or Newton, the higher the readings, the stronger hold of fiber in place. All our turf products are averaged at 11 lbs or above which are above industry standard. Another test called “grab test” which indicates the strength of the fibers, measured also by pounds, the higher of the readings, the stronger of the fibers. Most of our turf products fibers averaged 200 lbs or above which also well above the industry standard. Our artificial grass lifespan is not necessarily affected by cleaning and maintaining, but has a lot of to do with usage, traffic and extreme weather exposures. However, it is always a good idea to clean your artificial lawn using blowers or garden hose when your turf gets dirty. From time to time, you might need to add some infills which will help the turf stand up better and more in tact during the course of its lifespan.
