I ordered turf from a Global Syn Turf dealer in Tampa Bay Florida and it was supposed to be delivered to my house.  I had a party planned for my 8 year old grill and the contractor was supposed to install the turf before the weekend.  The shipper had a problem and didn't pick up the turf.  So I called the GST dealer and they said they would make a few calls to figure out what happened.  They called me back and said the shipper indeed did make a mistake and didn't pick up the turf on the loading dock.  The dealer said they sent a driver to the GST warehouse to pick it up and they drove it to my house.  I want to thank them for their extraordinary service and helping me get this job installed on time.
