I had Global Syn Turf installed in my backyard for almost a year.  The turf had so an issue and I called the Manufacturer and filed a claim.  They sent a manufacturer's rep out to my house to take some pictures and file a claim.  I receive a call two days later telling me they approved the claim and offered me a full replacement of the turf.  My original order was 480 sq. ft. and they shipped me 480 sq. ft. of the same turf right to my front door.  It is always great to hear a story like this where a manufacturer actually stands behind their product.  5 Stars to this manufacturer for standing behind their product.
