Certainly! You can place turf on top of landscape fabric. In fact its highly recommended to use good quality landscape fabric underneath your grass for a few reasons;

1. Weed Prevention; The fabric acts as a barrier, against weeds keeping them from growing through the grass and maintaining an appearance.

2. Drainage; It allows water to flow through easily ensuring drainage and preventing water accumulation or pooling on the surface.

3. Soil Stabilization; The fabric helps stabilize the soil creating an level base for installing the artificial grass.

4. Pest Control; The barrier can also discourage pests and insects from making their home in the soil under the grass.

When laying grass over landscape fabric make sure to prepare the ground by leveling and compacting it before placing the fabric. This will create an sturdy base, for your grass guaranteeing a high quality and durable installation.

First and foremost, you really don’t want your pets to discharge on your artificial putting greens, training them not to mess with your greens is important. However, if by accident they pee or poop on the putting green surface, you can use a garden hose to wash down the liquid and spray with our Pet Odor Neutralizer to remove smells if any. You can simply pick up the solid discharges as you would from other surfaces. My suggestion is that you always want to use our regular artificial grass for your pets to play and use for their toilets instead of having them on your putting greens.
