I want to thank this company Global Syn Turf and their dealer here in Corpus Christi, Texas for saving me and my yard.  I hired a local landscaper in the area to install my artificial turf and I should of known better than to hire someone that does not install artificial turf very often.  This contractor was so slow at returning his calls and didn't always have the right answers to my questions.  I gave this guy a 10% deposit and then he tried to ask for more money to buy the material and thank goodness I did not give him the money.  He finally showed up to do the installation a week after he said he would and him and his crew showed up every other day when they wanted.  The told me they would do 4 inches of tear out and 4 inches of compacted base and they only did about 2 inches.  I had to have a talk with the contractor to tell him of the mistake and he argued with me and told me that is snot what he said and not what he was going to do.  That is when I told him to take his turf, materials and equipment and vacate my property.  

That is when I found Global Syn Turf online that has 10 different distribution centers nationwide including one close to me in Houston Texas.  When I spoke with someone on the phone they explained to me that they did not install artificial turf as they were the artificial turf manufacturer.  They told me they have synthetic turf distributors right there in Corpus Christi I could call and they would be able to help me.  The first distributor that answered there phone I had come out to my house and see what had been done and what needed to be done to finish the project.  They showed me some turf samples and I chose the All Natural 75 and it was so much nicer than the one I was going to install.  The new distributor installed the grass just as discussed and I am very happy with my decision.  I also got a manufacturer's 15 year product warrant certificate as well.  Thanks again to a great company.
