Aggressive dogs with sharp nails might be able to dig through the artificial grass, such incidents are relatively rare, but technically can occur. We always recommend the dog owners to train their dogs not to dig, chew or eat artificial grass: the turf surface is perfectly fine for dog to play on, but any abusive behaviors should be avoided. Our artificial ivy products can be installed on almost any surfaces for decorative purposes. It is very common to have ivy installed on walls or fences, but it will be definitely fine to use ivy on ceilings or floors. I don’t see any potential issues with ceiling applications, but you might want to be careful when installing ivy on the floors as people shouldn’t walk in ivy, rather for decorations. In a warm and sunny day, it will take less than an hour for the turf blade to become soft and start standing up once you open up the roll. Typically we will always recommend to leave your artificial grass out under the sun for 1-2 hours before installation, for any further questions, please call us at 877 796 8873 or email us at [email protected], thank you.

It will depend on how flat of your concrete area where artificial grass to be installed. If the concrete surface is flat with no possibility of water being drained sideways, you might need to consider using some sort of drainage board underneath the turf. We don’t currently offer any of these drain board products, but you can easily order them from a lot of online stores such as Amazon, If you can let us know a bit more about your project details and concerns by phone: 877 796 8873 or email: [email protected], we will be able to provide better assistance. Most of our artificial grass products have a hole punch drainage system: the drain holes are evenly spreader throughout the entire turf backing for fast and efficient water draining. On average, our turf can drain about 50 inches per hour which is about 4-5 times of a category 5 hurricane’s downpour. Gopher wire is an optional items when it comes to artificial grass installations, to use it or not will not depend on the type of turf, but depends on if you have gopher issues in your area. In another word, if you don’t have any gopher problems, there is no need to use gopher wire regardless you are installing artificial lawns or putting greens. The purpose of using gopher wire is to prevent gophers from coming through underneath the soil of your turf surface to create uneven or soft spots. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call us at 877 796 8873 or email us at [email protected], thank you.

Yes, it is quite common that people to mix different type of infills when it comes to artificial grass installations. However, the end results of each different type of infills won’t be at their best, in your case, the turf will be cooling down but won’t be as much once Tcool is mixed with Zeolite, at the same time, zeolite will neutralize the dog smell but won’t be as efficient. So we typically won’t recommend the mixing of infills, rather to suggest to use the infills to address the most critical concerns.
