Is it a bad idea to use regular infill for pet grass?

Normal infills will help the turf standing up better and reduce the expansions and contractions during the temperature change, but won’t help with dog urine smells: Pet Odor Neutralizer can be used with a garden hose to clean and wash off the smells on the regular infills, so special type of infills is not absolute but it will be ideal.
