I walked on artificial grass (brand unknown) that made an unpleasant crinkling noise with each step. Feedback?

Like walking on anything, there will be normal sound effect if you listen closely to it, same for walking on artificial turf surfaces, but it defiantly not to a "noise" level. I have found that during cold days when the artificial grass fibers get a bit more stiffer, when you walk on it, you can hear a bit more. But during normal warm days, you barely can hear anything while walking on the grass.
