Do you offer exchanges on your artificial grass?

First of all, we don’t sell directly to the general public, and all our distributors/dealers have their own exchange or return policies. A lot of artificial grass orders are custom cuts, and I personally don’t think customized cuts can be exchanged. If the orders are full rolls, it might be exchangeable but some dealers might charge a restocking fee for returns. My advice is always to take extra time getting samples and making good decisions before committing any purchases to avoid exchanges or returns. Artificial grass is bulky and heavy which cost a lot manpower to deal with and the shipping cost can be expensive as well.
