Now that school is out for the foreseeable future, A school district I landscape for has decided to take this opportunity to make some upgrades to their school fields so that they're ready to go once everyone goes back to normal. Most suppliers are a mess during this time and honestly aren't very reliable right now except for one, GST. They are always there for me and are still there for me even now. Reliable, professional, and always a partner I can trust.

Turf has become very popular these past few years, especially in California. My clients are businesses that are incorporating artificial grass indoors for commercial reasons. Private gyms, sports centers, and high-end training facilities. We're talking about clients that have a very specific need and are looking for the best products. I've yet to find a supplier able to meet that standard, other than GST. I'm very picky when it comes to choosing a turf supplier. However, the only thing I'm picky about is customer service. In my opinion, customer service can really be the difference between a good and bad supplier. There are always bound to be mistakes and confusions when dealing with business, so having a dedicated team to assist you when they occur is crucial. I can proudly say that GST has been there for me since day one, which is why they are my top choice when it comes to turf vendors. Their team is always a call away and I never have to worry.

I installed pet turf into my backyard for my dogs last month. My biggest concern was that if solid wastes got on the turf, they would be stuck there forever. Luckily, the drainage system is very effective for cleaning. My dogs so far love it and there are no issues.

I was hesitant to switch suppliers at first for my irrigation company but luckily they offered me samples. My customers all gave very positive feedback when they received the samples and I decided to give GST a try. The thing that separates them from the rest of the industry is their incredible selection to choose from and their nationwide coverage. I want to enhance the look of my backyard. I always wanted my backyard to have pavements as I think it looks timeless. On a different note, I have always wanted to switch to artificial grass as owning a natural lawn is such a pain! Aside from having so much work on it, I'll have to deal with the high water bills which is totally a huge let down. Since I wanted both at the same time, I thought, why not both? AND I DID! At the age of 6, my son has shown interest in golf after watching a tv show which featured golf as a sport. It was very unusual for kids to choose golf as their sport, but he wanted it so much so I bought it for him. He was so happy! When we had it installed, he couldn't wait to get on it! It was also very premium looking and we didn't have to worry about the mud when it gets rained on so it was really perfect! 

With everything that's happening, people are staying home and are turning a lot of their focus on renovating their properties. Our landscaping company is definitely experiencing a sharp increase in demand, and we need a supplier that's able to not only keep up with the demand but deliver on their promise of having artificial grass products in stock and delivered on time. GST has been second to none in that regard. Despite the challenges right now, GST has been fantastic in communicating, supplying, and shipping. 

Turf has been one of those growing industries and I'm seeing more and more homeowners make the switch. GST offers something for everybody whether you like the natural looking or faker looking turfs. A lot of my residential customers claim they love the quality of the grass and the feel as well. One thing that separates GST from the rest of the competition is that they offer a wide selection of turfs that they are always in stock for. It's common to find suppliers in the industry that either don't offer enough variety or frequently run out of turf. For these reasons, I will be sticking with GST!

5 stars for this product! This is the second time I buy fake grass and is utilized in my back yard. Just in perfect shading and with excellent genuine grass looking. We leveled off the zone, laid a thick layer of blended sand, and laid the fake grass piece on the sand base, put somewhat fine sand on top as an infill to ensure all cutting edges stand up superbly. Water depleted through very well during strong rains, this truly solved a major issue of us, as our back yard has no daylight at all and not useful for most natural plants, my yard is now pleasant and green. Strongly suggest!

My children were so excited to have their backyard toys on our new synthetic grass and they were so happy to take off their shoes. The grass feels good and fresh on bare feet and I hope we can keep walking barefoot on this when the summer comes. I will probably order more. I noticed there are drainage holes under so I guess I will not have to worry when it gets wet. I’m one satisfied customer! I love this item!

GST has some of the most gorgeous turfs I've ever seen. They're based on the west coast but what I like is that they have warehouses all over the US for maximum coverage. This is important for my business because my irrigation company operates all over the US as well so I needed a supplier who was flexible in that regard. Love the way the grass looks and feels as well. All this combined with the fact that their customer service is top notch is enough to make me never want to switch suppliers. I'm not a lover of email. I do a lot of my business as a landscaper talking to people. It's very important to me that I'm able to communicate honestly, and clearly with customers and suppliers and we're all on the same page, not getting lost in emails or automated replies or machines.
