The customers near where I do installations are a good mix of rural and residential. Lately I've noticed a lot of customers ordering turf for their farms. I've heard that if you put the pet turf under most farm animals, it makes the cleaning process a lot easier. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from residential customers as well. I recently just became a partner, so I'm not too familiar with all the accessories yet. Still doing my research on the different infills to see which one's I should offer in the future. So far so good though, loving the turf!

The thing that separates GST from the rest of the competition is that they have amazing sales reps. They know the game inside out and I can always rely on them to give me the best advice whether it's regarding installation, turf selection, or turf accessories. I recently had a customer that was interested in bed rock edging and I had never done a job like that before, so I asked Lee from GST how I would install something like that. He gave me a detailed breakdown of what I needed to do and it came out perfectly. Can't thank you guys enough, saved me many times.

I want to thank Global Syn Turf for referring me their distributor here in San Diego. I wanted to surprise my husband with a putting green in our backyard before he came back from active duty. The dealer here in San Diego was so great as he helped me design the putting green and backyard synthetic turf. He also rushed his crew to get the job finished in time before my husband returned from overseas. Todd the owner of the company took a lot of time to help with the undulation of the green which means the slope of the green. Our green is not flat it has slight undulations which create different breaks when the ball is putted. We have five putting green holes, some with left to right breaks, some with right to left breaks, some uphill puts and some downhill putts. Todd even ordered us some lights that go in the putting green cups that light up the hole, the pole and the flag. The light is actually bright enough that it lights up most of the backyard when the other lights are out. If I could send pictures of what great job Todd did I would post them. We took a lot of before pictures of our backyard and after pictures. The yard looks amazing. My husband came home last night and saw his new putting green lit up in the backyard. Of course he was happy to see his family, but he was very happy to see his new putting green.

I want to thank Global Syn Turf for all their help and patience with my backyard artificial turf project. I am so picky and particular with everything and I know I may seam difficult at times. My great experience with Global Syn Turf started with a very nice Sales Rep at Global Syn Turf named Clint. He was very smart and very informative about artificial grass. He sent me some samples and made recommendations that were very helpful to me. I was torn between the Super Sierra 94 and the Super Natural 80 and din't know what to do. Clint referred me to The Global Syn Turf Distributor and Installer in Orange County. This is where I met Joe and he sent me to 8 different turf installations that used the Super Sierra 94 and the Super Natural 80. This told the real story, after seeing the artificial turf installed I was convinced the Super Natural 80 was the turf for me. Joe is the most attentive installer and once again was very patience with how particular I am. He took the time to really explain exactly was the procedure and the process would be installing my artificial turf yard. He told me exactly how high the turf would be over the hardscape, how much tear out he was taking out, how much base he would use, how compacted the base would be, what he was going to do with the sprinklers, how well he would clean when the job was done, what time he and his crews would show up and leave each day. Joe was my guy and followed through with everything he promised. I would refer Global Syn Turf and the Orange County dealer installer Joe anytime.

There are many things you need to consider before buying artificial. To name a few you need to find a good artificial turf company you want to work with and you think are worthy of your business. Next, what Kind of turf you want in your yard. Do you want tall, short, light green, dark green, with brown thatch, green thatch or no thatch at all. Do you want nylon or Polypropylene? Do you want multi color configurations or one color grass. Do you want soft turf or do you want stiff blade high traffic area turf? Do you want to keep your sprinklers in for cooling and rinsing the turf. Now you can see there a lot of things you need to considering when buying artificial turf.
Here is what I did. I gave a 5 star rating to Global Syn Turf for being the actual artificial turf manufacturer and giving me a real manufacturer's warranty for 15 years. They sent me a lot of artificial turf samples for free and the representative on the phone walked me through all their different turf choices. I ended up purchasing the SuperNatural 80 through their artificial turf dealer in Los Angles. Thanks again...

Turf is perfect in California no matter the weather conditions. We recently got out of a drought in which we saw a lot of people's lawn's slowly die over time. Not only was turf great for that time, but it also helped save water. Nowadays, we get some rain here and there, which from what I've heard, helps clean the turf naturally. Even on days when the weather is extremely hot, GST turf doesn't seem to have any issues for my customers.

I wanted to get artificial turf and I wanted to find something that wasn't hot. I know artificial turf gets hot because my neighbor has turf and it gets hot in the sun. I found a company called Global Syn Turf online that has a turf called Cool Blue that has a hollow blade that holds water and in turn making the artificial turf cooler. They also told me they have a turf infill that makes the turf 30-50 degrees cooler. The infill is called T-Cool and it absorbs water and evaporates the water over the next 2-3 days making the turf cooler. I only know this because I have the Cool Blue installed in my yard with the T-Cool infill in my backyard. The representative at Global Syn Turf recommended the whole set up for me. They said I did not need Pet Turf for my dogs and that all artificial turf is pet friendly. I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their distributor in Riverside who did an amazing job installing the turf.

I just had artificial turf installed by the local Global Syn Turf distributor. I have two dogs and ordered the Pet Turf. Their Pet Turf is shorter and has three times as many holes in the backing for great drainage. The drainage rate of this turf is one of the best I have found when shopping for turf for my yard. This Pet Turf is 1.25" tall which makes ti easy for the dogs to run and most importantly easy to pick up after them. The stitch gauge is .375" wide which gives this turf a very tight weave which I found works better for the dogs vs. a turf with very loose and wide spread blades. The Pet Turf has a 77 oz. per sq. yd. weight which makes this a very sturdy hefty turf. The color is a beautiful Emerald Green and Olive Green. The blades are evenly dispersed throughout which makes it look real and natural. I also found this turf is to be very slip resistant especially when it is wet. When my turf is wet and the dogs are running they never slide around and seem to grip the the turf very well. This turf has a curly thatch blade as well which is green and brown. The brown turf really makes the artificial turf look natural. The turf is lead and heavy metal free and lastly it is non flammable. Yes it has a melting point but it will not catch fire which give me a comfort level. Lastly, I spoke with a representative at Global Syn Turf and their distributor about cleaning and disinfecting. Both parties were consistent in their message about cleaning. They said you need to rinse the synthetic turf often to flush the dog urine through the turf to the natural soils. You also have to use a disinfect to disinfect the artificial turf on occasion. I asked how often do you need to do this and they told me if I ever smell urine in my backyard. That might mean every week or every two months. It depends on the size of your yard, the size of the dog as to how often you may need to disinfect. They said to spray a good disinfectant on the artificial turf and don't dilute the liquid, let is sit on the turf for 2-3 hours and then rinse it very well. If you stay on top of this it should last you a life time. Well I am giving Global Syn Turf 5 Stars for this fabulous looking artificial turf.

Nowadays there are so many turf suppliers to choose from, but I say with confidence that GST is at least top 3. They just have so many turfs to choose from. That alone is already hard to beat since you would need a lot of inventory space to keep all that in stock at all times. I noticed that a lot of the smaller suppliers have a hard time keeping up in stock, which is understandable. However, if you're looking for a big reliable supplier, I don't think you'll ever have issues with GST.

Nowadays, the turf quality from different suppliers is relatively similar. However, I prefer GST because their team is the most experienced and our transactions always go smoothly. Their service representatives are some of the best in the industry that I've met and I never have any questions that are left unanswered. For me, it's important that my turf supplier cares about their customers, which is why I give a big vouch for GST!

Finding a good turf supplier has become increasingly difficult with the whole pandemic going on. However, GST was the answer for me during these tough times. I ordered a few samples of the S blade series and instantly fell in love with the quality and feel of it. Ever since, it's become my best selling product in my landscaping business. I've still yet to try out the rest of GST's selection, but I'm sure they're solid as well based off of what I've heard.

The durability on GST's turf is excellent. Many of my clients buy the Trainers Turfs for soccer or football fields. I've even seen someone use it for a T-ball field at a middle school. The build is able to hold up well even in under heavy usage which is exactly what you need in a trainer's turf. Very smooth transactions and no issues at all with the order processing team as well. Looking forward to future business with GST for sure!

Most of my customers are pet owners who are looking to replace their lawns with something more pet friendly. GST's pet turf has extra permeability so it's super easy for me to market for my customers and they usually love it. The only thing I would request is that they come out with more colors specifically for their pet turf. I would also love to see increased drainage in the other models maybe as an add on option so that any turf can be used as pet turf! Overall though, very satisfied.

The weirdest part about moving from a small supplier to GST was that the difference in selection is day and night. I'm so used to not having enough turfs to choose from but now my dilemma is that I have so many to choose from, I can't even make a decision. Obviously this is a good thing so I'm not really complaining. I also appreciate how GST has consistent quality among their grasses. I don't like it when I have to wonder if the turf I'm buying is going to drop in quality compared to the same one I bought just a few days ago. No complaints from me here, cheers

Just want to give a big thanks to GST for being a consistent turf supplier. It's nice knowing that they always have what I need in stock with dozens of turfs to choose from. My customers are happy with their lawns afterwards as well. If you're reading this wondering whether or not to choose GST as a supplier, look no further! After all, you can request a sample and see their products before becoming a partner which is exactly what I did. Big vouch for GST, these guys are legit.

I am very impressed at how fast the loading times are when I send my guys to pickup from the Hayward GST warehouse. My guys always talk about how quickly they are in and out and how fast GST is at loading them up. Loving the efficiency, keep up the the great work! So far I've only been a distributing partner with GST for half a year and unfortunately business is slower than usual with the pandemic, but I can tell that after this is all over, GST will definitely be my go to supplier.

Best turf on the market hands down. I'm loving the selection and samples that I requested. I'll definitely be back for more when I run out of stock.

GST is located all over the nation, which works out well for our landscape company since we are located all throughout the US as well. We never have any issues ordering turf or installation materials from GST since the shipping times are relatively quick. I'm always excited whenever GST releases a new product as well since they've recently been coming out with great stuff. The new recycled series is amazing and a lot of customers have caught on the environmentally friendly trend.

There are so many good things to say about GST, that I don't know where to begin...
I think first and probably most importantly, their grass is amazing quality and their selection is unbeatable. But we all know that already!
Something that isn't as commonly known is that their customer service is extremely dedicated and they give you a secure feeling that you'll be taken care of. I've never had any issues throughout my first 3 years so far as a distribution partner and hopefully it stays that way!

I would like to give this company a 5 Star Rating for coming through for me in a clutch. I am a wedding designer and I planned a wedding and needed a 60' x 15' piece of artificial turf for the reception. The artificial turf company I was working with at the time let me down and could not get me the artificial turf when they promised. This put me in a very awkward position and a very short deadline to come through. I stared a panicked search online looking for an artificial turf company that could provide me the artificial turf in a timely manner. I found Global Syn Turf online and called their 800 number and they picked up on the first ring. They told me they have 10 distribution centers across the country with plenty of synthetic grass inventory. I told them I lived in Orange County and needed artificial turf by the weekend for a wedding. They referred me to their artificial turf distributor in Orange County. I called them and they invited me into their showroom to look at what turf I wanted to buy. I went in and picked out the turf, ordered it at the counter and they delivered it to the wedding venue the morning of the wedding. I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their Orange County dealer for helping me with my time sensitive dilemma.

I found out the hard way that Low E Energy Efficient Windows can create a magnifying effect and melt artificial turf among other things. I had artificial turf installed about three months ago and I noticed lines forming in the turf. I sent pictures to my artificial turf installer and they told me it looks like melting from the windows. After extensive research there appears to be a lot written about this subject. I even found an article in the LA Times about a Low E window melting the side view mirror off of a Toyota Prius. My installer referred me to the manufacturer Global Syn Turf and they explained to me that Low E windows can melt artificial turf and it is not covered in the warranty. They told me I needed to tint the windows or put an window awning to stop the sun reflection. They referred me a company in Costa Mesa called Wintech Solutions, Inc. that came to my house and installed a very nice window tint that too the reflection away. The owner Zoilo Centeno took great care of me and installed the window tint in one day and now I don't have any more sun reflection on my turf. I want to thank everyone for there help with this issue.

As far as I'm concerned, GST has the best turf on the market at the moment. The permeability is unbeatable and all my customers can't get enough of the pet series. Maybe I'm a little biased since I mostly deal with homeowners and a lot of them own pets, but there's still good reason why they all love GST pet grass. The combination of low price, high quality, good permeability makes it an easy choice for anyone looking for a pet friendly lawn.

From one landscaper to the next, I can tell you that GST has it all. Their customer service? Friendly and quick. Their turf? High quality with huge selection. Their sales reps? Most knowledgeable in the entire industry. Their order team? Very quick with no issues getting orders processed. I love dealing with companies like GST because it's pure headache free business. Just a great supplier and team overall. Definitely have a vouch from me.

After ordering several different samples from GST, I decided to starts selling their pet and super natural series. My customers love GST turf and I find myself constantly running out of stock. It's surprising how underrated GST is. With the vast selection they offer and high quality, I wouldn't be surprised if they completely dominated the industry in the upcoming years.

When I first found out about GST I was still in the early stages of starting up my landscaping company. A friend came to me and recommended them to me, but I was skeptical at first because there were so many options to choose from. I tried a few samples of their pet turf and s blade series and it felt good. My biggest mistake was trying to go with a supplier based solely on low costs. I tried other suppliers but the experience just wasn't the same. I quickly realized that the customer service, reliability, quality, etc were all irreplaceable, especially not for a few cents. I'm a firm believer that you get what you paid for, but with GST, you get MORE than what you paid for. That's when you know you've found a wonderful supplier.
