There are so many good things to say about GST, that I don't know where to begin...

I think first and probably most importantly, their grass is amazing quality and their selection is unbeatable. But we all know that already!

Something that isn't as commonly known is that their customer service is extremely dedicated and they give you a secure feeling that you'll be taken care of. I've never had any issues throughout my first 3 years so far as a distribution partner and hopefully it stays that way!

I would like to give this company a 5 Star Rating for coming through for me in a clutch.  I am a wedding designer and I planned a wedding and needed a 60' x 15' piece of artificial turf for the reception.  The artificial turf company I was working with at the time let me down and could not get me the artificial turf when they promised.  This put me in a very awkward position and a very short deadline to come through.  I stared a panicked search online looking for an artificial turf company that could provide me the artificial turf in a timely manner.  I found Global Syn Turf online and called their 800 number and they picked up on the first ring.  They told me they have 10 distribution centers across the country with plenty of synthetic grass inventory.  I told them I lived in Orange County and needed artificial turf by the weekend for a wedding.  They referred me to their artificial turf distributor in Orange County.  I called them and they invited me into their showroom to look at what turf I wanted to buy.  I went in and picked out the turf, ordered it at the counter and they delivered it to the wedding venue the morning of the wedding.   I want to thank Global Syn Turf and their Orange County dealer for helping me with my time sensitive dilemma.  

I found out the hard way that Low E Energy Efficient Windows can create a magnifying effect and melt artificial turf among other things.  I had artificial turf installed about three months ago and I noticed lines forming in the turf.  I sent pictures to my artificial turf installer and they told me it looks like melting from the windows.  After extensive research there appears to be a lot written about this subject.  I even found an article in the LA Times about a Low E window melting the side view mirror off of a Toyota Prius.  My installer referred me to the manufacturer Global Syn Turf and they explained to me that Low E windows can melt artificial turf and it is not covered in the warranty.  They told me I needed to tint the windows or put an window awning to stop the sun reflection.  They referred me a company in Costa Mesa called Wintech Solutions, Inc. that came to my house and installed a very nice window tint that too the reflection away.   The owner Zoilo Centeno took great care of me and installed the window tint in one day and now I don't have any more sun reflection on my turf.   I want to thank everyone for there help with this issue.

As far as I'm concerned, GST has the best turf on the market at the moment. The permeability is unbeatable and all my customers can't get enough of the pet series. Maybe I'm a little biased since I mostly deal with homeowners and a lot of them own pets, but there's still good reason why they all love GST pet grass. The combination of low price, high quality, good permeability makes it an easy choice for anyone looking for a pet friendly lawn.

I gave them a call and got a few samples of S blade 90 and S blade 50. The delivery time was close to 0 and the quality was high, just as expected. I was just telling my buddy the other day that it's a blessing I found GST because my old supplier was too small and inconsistent for my landscaping company. With GST I never have to wait for restocking and they have a HUGE  selection from what I'm used to.

I recently chose GST as my turf supplier and so far the experience has been wonderful. Their order processing team is super helpful and the sales reps are very experienced in the turf field. Anytime I have questions or concerns, I can always just call them and things never go south. Overall very pleased with my choice with GST as my supplier. If you're reading this, give them a shot and order a few samples! You won't regret it!

GST is miles ahead of their competition. Their drainage system and cooling features make it hard to switch to any other turf suppliers. Their customer service team is very friendly to my team and we never have issues. A majority of my customers are pet owners seeking turf for residential purposes and they all love the pet turf that GST offers. The draining tech is such an important feature that it makes you wonder why other competitors don't have it.

I finally called Global Syn Turf and spoke with the representative on the phone about wanting to purchase a piece of artificial turf for my backyard.  She explained the artificial turf comes in 15 wide lengths but they will cut it to any length I want.  She mailed me some samples to look at. I couldn't decide between the S Blade 66 and the SuperNatural 60.  I think I am leaning toward the SuperNatural 60 because of the different colors in the turf look so natural.  I called Global Syn Turf back and told them I was ready to buy a 15' x 20' piece of the SuperNatural 60.   They told me I need to make the purchase through their artificial turf distributor here in Newport Beach.  I called them and they were so helpful.  They said the could deliver thee turf to my house for a small fee or I could come pick it up.  My husband and I decided to pick up the turf so we drove their called the dealer and they came outside and loaded it onto our truck.   

We took the turf home, unrolled it and let it acclimate in the heat of the sun or a few hours.  We put the turf in place and it look amazing.  Me, my husband, my kids and my dogs love our new turf.  We could not be happier and want to thank Global Syn Turf, their staff and the great website that I know took a long time and a lot of work to create. 

I wanted to surprise my husband with a new artificial grass putting green for his birthday and needed to find a qualified company to help me.  I found Global Syn Turf and their putting green information online and decided to give them a call.  When I called they were very professional on the phone and answered all my questions.  They referred me to their Vice President of Golf Greens Dave who was such a wealth of information.  I let him know I wanted a very well constructed putting green with a sand trap and money was not an issue.  I just wanted to make sure it was installed very professionally, it was high quality and the installer installing the project stood behind everything he did.  After Dave coached me on what it was I wanted in the space I was providing, he referred me over to a Global Syn Turf distributor/installation company that specializes in very high end putting greens.  I called this putting green company and invited them to my house while my husband was at work and they showed up right on time.  This gentleman's name was George and he was an ex-professional golf teaching pro so he knew a lot about golf.  He measured the area and drew me three different designs for the putting green, fringe, sand trap, hole placement and the break and undulation of the putting green.  Literally the drawings looked like artwork they were so well thought out and had so much detail.  I chose the one I wanted and he gave me what I thought was a fair price.  I told George we needed to pick an install date that would coincide with a business trip of my husbands so we could surprise him.  Last week the job was installed when my husband was out of town.  He came home at night and did not notice the putting green until the next day.  He was so surprised and happy and loves his new toy in the backyard.  I want to thank Global Syn Turf , Dave, George and the installation team that worked so hard to get the putting green installed in time.

I want to write a review and thank Global Syn Turf for helping me with my backyard artificial turf project.  I originally contacted Global Syn Turf last year after finding them online.  They were always very helpful in educating me about artificial turf, the installation process and what to look for in an artificial turf manufacturer and and installer.  After weeks of research online I was finally ready to interview companies to install artificial turf in my backyard.  I received samples from 8 different turf companies and eliminated the ones I didn't like.  The more and more I studied the artificial turf samples in my backyard in the sunlight the Global Syn Turf samples were heads above the rest.  The samples had great yarn construction, fantastic color configurations, great touch and feel and most importantly they were all delustered and did not have that shiny sheen in the sunlight.  Now that I knew I was going to use a Global Syn Turf synthetic turf grass I need to find a reputable installer to do the installation.  Global Syn Turf referred me to three different GST artificial turf dealers in my area.  I started out by interviewing them on the phone and studied how responsive and interested they were in my job.  I allowed each one of the dealers come to my house, measure my yard and present their ideas to me on how my yard should be installed.  One of the dealers was hands down the most professional and gave me the most ideas on how to install my yard.  He gave me very detailed information on what the process looked like and how long it took.  He assured me of the amount of tear out, base work and where all the seams would be.  He assured me the installation team would be clean, courteous and would leave everything just the way the found it.  They provided me with their current contractors license, liability insurance.  My yard turned out so nice and beautiful.  I want to give my highest ever recommendation to Global Syn Turf and their network of dealer/installers to anyone looking for turf.

I was looking for an artificial turf company that sold turf only, no installation needed.  Preferably a manufacturer that offer a manufacturer's product warranty.  It was not easy but I found Global Syn Turf the actual company that manufacturers the synthetic grass and offers the warranty direct.  I told them I wanted to buy artificial turf in bulk and they referred me to their supplier here in Southern California.  I spoke with the dealer and they gave me great price on bulk orders of artificial turf.  They had a warehouse full of turf and offering delivery as well.  Whether you are looking for artificial turf product only or installation call Global Syn Turf.

I found this company by accident online.  I was shopping for landscaping material for my backyard and ran into this company Global Syn Turf online.  You have to check out all the things you can do on this website.  They have a Free Quote App on the website that has you put all your information into the program.  They have a local Global Syn Turf distributor in your area call you or come out to give you an estimate for artificial turf material only or to have it installed.  We ended up buying a piece of turf that was 15' x 10' wide for our back patio.  I recommend anyone looking for artificial material or installation give this company a try.

I had three different turf companies come out and measure my yard for installation and they all came up with different square footage's.  With that much inconsistency I had to take a step back and figure out what I was going to do.  My husband went out and measure the yard and came up with 1,110 sq. ft.  We found the Instant Lawn Checker application on the Global Syn Turf website.  We used this new technology to measure our yard and I will be darn if it didn't come out to 1,050 sq. ft.  The Lawn Checker application was way more accurate than the three installers that came to my house and measured my yard.  After all that we ended up calling Global Syn Turf and they had us call their Artificial Turf Distributor here in the Bay Area.  This distributor was very responsive and professional.  First they sent me some artificial turf samples to review and gave me an estimate based on the square footage we had.  Their estimate seemed fair so we had them come out to our house and look at our yard and the access to the work site.  They gave us some great ideas on how to change our backyard and make it more usable for my kids and dogs.  They also helped us figure different ways to save money based on the size of the yard and the amount of turf we had to order.  We ended up choosing the SuperNatural 60 turf which looked the most realistic to us.  We gave them our 10% deposit and our yard was installed exactly one week later.  Thanks for the service, honesty and professionalism.
