I was recommended to purchase the S Blade-90 but the cool blue series stood out to me as an option as well. Does the Cool Blue series have better cooling technology? What are the main differences between the S blade-90 and the Cool Blue series?

Both our SBlade and Cool Blue series are excellent artificial grass, you can’t go wrong with either of them. They are a bit different in color, and most important difference is that the fibers are engineered totally different and backing colors are also different:
1. SBlade turf’s fiber is S shaped, while Cool Blue turf has “hollow” fibers which like a straw: functions of such engineered fibers are to not only stand up well but also traps moisture to keep the artificial grass cool, we will recommend you to spray water on the grass to see more obvious cooling results. On the other hand, SBlade turf won’t have this feature.
2. The backing color of Cool Blue Hollow is light blue vs SBlade is black: darker color tends to absorb more heat than lighter color which gives the Cool Blue Hollow the another advantage of being cooler.
