What is your exchange policy like for your turf?

First of all, we don’t sell directly to the general public, and all our distributors/dealers have their own exchange or return policies. A lot of artificial grass orders are custom cuts, and I personally don’t think customized cuts can be exchanged. If the orders are full rolls, it might be exchangeable but some dealers might charge a restocking fee for returns. My advice is always to take extra time getting samples and making good decisions before committing any purchases to avoid exchanges or returns. Artificial grass is bulky and heavy which cost a lot manpower to deal with and the shipping cost can be expensive as well. I am thinking about selling my house, and wondering if I can transfer my turf warranty to the new owner. I have your turf installed at my house almost 3 years ago, everything looks great and the turf is in excellent shape, it is a good selling point in our neighborhood with artificial grass.

Here are my suggestions for you:
1. Keep a copy of your contract between you and our distributor/dealer: which should have turf product names, date of purchase, date of installation.
2. We, as the manufacturer will warrant the artificial turf products against any manufacturing defects, but not cover any labor related items.
